    2) Keeps cutting out when playing?

    • Please ensure the speaker is within the operating range and there are no obstacles between the speaker and the device.

    3) Not able to play the music in Micro SD card?

    • Please ensure the format of the Micro SD card is FAT32. It only supports FAT32 Micro SD card.
    • Please ensure the formats of the music files are APE, FLAC, WAV, WMA, or MP3.

    4) No sound when playing?

    • Please adjust the volume of the speaker.
    • Please adjust the volume of your device.
    • Please check if the speaker is paused.

    5) No sound in AUX-in mode?

    • Please ensure the audio cable is connected well.

    6) Not able to turn on?

    • Please try to charge the speaker for about 3 hours.

    7) No response to any operation?

    • Please try to reset the speaker by pressing the reset button in the AUX-in jack.

    8) Will the drawing of graffiti color be the same as what it shows on the website?

    • No. Graffiti color was designed to have a different drawing for every product, drawing is randomly picked to make sure every customer gets a unique and special speaker.

    All of our parcels are tracked, insured and will be delivered by your local nationwide courier company. We will send you an email containing a tracking number once the product has been dispatched from our fulfillment center.

    You can input this tracking number on our website for convenience, it also links to your local nationwide courier for ease of use once it has been transferred from the appropriate overseas logistics company (e.g USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, AU post, NZ post).

     

    How do I track an order?

     

    To track an order, simply click on the shipping confirmation email we send you, click the "View Order" button, once the page loads click on the tracking link. This will show you the status of your order. 

     

    Why hasn't my tracking link been updated in a few days? I'm getting anxious!

     

    Sometimes there can be delays in the logistics systems, so don't fret if shipping information is not yet available. Please check back in another day or two and it should have updated in most cases. Contact us if you have concerns regarding this. You can rest assured knowing your tracked and insured package will be delivered in 10-15 business days.

     

    Can I cancel an order?

     

    Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be canceled as it goes into automatic fulfillment immediately at our fulfillment center.

     

    Where do you guys send product from?

     

    Most of our items are stocked and sent right here in the USA! Some of our products are sent from our manufacturers from around the world including China and Russia.

    We have an exclusive manufacturer network, and are very picky on what products we choose to sell. We turn down many manufacturers and products because they don't meet our standards.     How do I return a non faulty item, if I'm not happy with it?

     

    We happily offer free exchanges or store credits if the product does not meet your expectations. You must send a request within 60 days of the product being delivered. To start a return, click here.

     

    What if my item is faulty?

     

    In this very rare occasion, please starta return here, we will request photos of the product to forward to our fulfilment center. Depending on how you'd prefer to go ahead, we offer the following solutions:

    Full Store Credit. 

    Receive a new product dispatched immediately.

    We do not require you to send the product back in these cases.
