Return & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags.

Once approved for a return we will provide you with the address to return it to.
We do not accept returns on products that are of an intimate nature.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to our manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds will apply for defective items only not change of mind.
Parties and Events
Platooners endeavours to process and ship every order as fast at possible within our stated order processing & shipping times, which you can see here. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they order their items within enough time for special occasions, parties and events. Please note order processing & shipping transit times are business days only this does not include weekends & public holidays. We do not accept refunds outside of our stated order processing and shipping time lines.
Unfortunately once an order is placed it cannot be canceled as it goes into automatic fulfilment immediately at our fulfilment center.
Out Of Stock Items
Platooners makes every effort to ensure stock levels are accurately represented in our store. However during sales events and product launches we can run out of stock of an item. Please note items that are out of stock will be refunded in a store credit.
Lost in transit orders
On rare occasions that an order is lost in transit or stolen which is out of our control, we will re-issue you with a new shipment of your item free of charge. In special circumstances, we may offer a store credit instead.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags. If we are sold out of an item you need to exchange for a different size we will issue you with a store credit only.

Shipping For Returns & Exchanges
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will ship the item back to you at no cost.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please ensure you purchase tracking for your return. Platooners will not be held responsible for missing returned items.
