What is Platooners Rewards?
This is our thank you to our #Platooners! You’ll earn 5 Platooners Points for every dollar you spend at Platooners.com. You can convert your Platooners Points to redeem “Platooners Cash” which can then be used on future Platooners purchases online at Platooners.com.
Who can join?
Everyone! All you have to do is have an account with us at Platooners.com and you will be automatically enrolled. If you’re a previous customer and have an account, we’ve done the work for you—you’re already in the Platooners Rewards program! Simply login to start reaping the benefits.
If you do not currently have an account, we invite you to open one up at Platooners.com. If you’ve made a purchase on Platooners.com as a guest, create an account using the e-mail you provided at checkout.
How do I earn Platooners Points?
Platooners Points are earned with every purchase, excluding shipping fees. You can also earn points for referring a friend as a new customer and signing up for our Platooners.com newsletter. You’ll be able to redeem your Platooners Points for Platooners Cash for future Platooners purchases, or save up your Platooners Points for more Platooners Cash. Additionally, we may offer bonus point events from time to time for those in specific tiers.
When will I see my Platooners Points I earned on purchases?
Points earned on purchases will be available within 24-48 hours. Please feel free to contact the customer service team with any inquiries!
Are there different levels of reward tiers?
Yes, there are 3 tiers: Silver (1-2000 Platooners Points), Gold Star (2001-4000 Platooners Points), and Platinum (4000+ Platooners POints). There will be different exclusive rewards for each tier.
How do I climb tiers?
Platooners Points gained through purchases and activities at Platooners.com are what advance you to the next tier; the more you buy, the more you'll climb!
How do I view my Platooners Point balance?
Your Platooners Point balance can be found on your account page, as well as the top navigation bar when you are signed in. It can also be found at the top of your newsletter!
What are the different reward amounts?
500 Platooners Points = $5 reward; 1000 Platooners Points = $10 reward; 1500 Platooners Points = $15 reward; 2500 Platooners Points = $25 reward; 5000 Platooners Points = $50 reward; 7500 Platooners Points = $75 reward; 10000 Platooners Points = $100 reward;
Is there a limit to the number of Platooners Points I can earn?
Nope! You will earn 5 Platooners Points for every dollar you spend at Platooners.com, Please note that the maximum redemption is $100.
Do my Platooners Points expire?
Yes. Platooners Points will expire 12 months from when they were earned.
I have an order history on multiple accounts or e-mail addresses. Can I merge my points? Yes! We can absolutely consolidate your points to one account. Please e-mail customer service at Support@platooners.com with your request, your preferred e-mail address, and a list of the others you have used. Note: Platooners Points from someone else’s account or order history may not be transferred to someone else’s.
How do I redeem my Platooners Points?
Once you're logged in, visit your Platooners Rewards account page, then select the tab called “Get Rewards.” Here, you’ll see the Platooners Cash available based on your accrued point balance. Click which reward you’d like to redeem and a gift card code will pop up. If you'd like to use this immediately, insert this code at checkout, and you’re done! If you'd like to save it for later, X out of the pop-up—and when you're ready, come back to the "Get Rewards" page and scroll down to find "Your Rewards."
You can choose to redeem your current Platooners Cash or you can save them up for a larger amount. Please note Platooners Cash is not redeemable for cash.
Will my gift cards apply to sale items?
Yes, your Platooners Cash can be applied to all purchases at Platooners.com.
What do the “approved,” “pending,” and “canceled” statuses mean?
Approved: These Platooners Points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
Pending: These Platooners Points need to finish processing before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals.
Canceled: These Platooners Points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase; the points will change from pending to canceled.
I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
If you made a purchase, please allow a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your Platooners Points. If you referred a friend, your Platooners Points will be posted to your account once they make a purchase.
If I return a purchase I made using my Platooners Cash reward, do I get my reward back?
Yes! You will be refunded the dollar amount spent and your Platooners Cash will be returned. The Platooners Points you accrued on your returned order, however, will not be added to your account. If your return is a partial return, please contact the Customer Service Team.
Why did my account balance go down?
A purchase was canceled or returned. You can view all of your Platooners Points activity on our Platooners Rewards section of your Account page!
How do I leave the program?
We hope you don’t! Before making up your mind, don’t forget that the Platooners Rewards program is free to enroll and you have access to exclusive sales and products. But if you no longer wish to earn points from your purchases, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will unenroll you.
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
Just contact our Customer Service Team and we'll re-enroll you. Please note with a new account, the point total will begin at zero.
What happens to my information when I sign up?
